Fill out the form

Tell us about your event and we'll reach out to schedule your free design consultation.

Design consultation

We walk through everything together: backdrop style, print design, branded overlay, add-ons, and any custom touches. This is where we make it yours.

Lock in your date

We send a custom quote. A signed contract and 25% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

We show up

We arrive early and handle everything. Guests get guided through poses, walk away with a printed 4x6, and can scan a QR code for their digital download.

We're not a kiosk you rent and leave. A professional photographer is on-site at every event, guiding guests through poses and making sure every photo looks great. Prints come out on the spot so guests leave with something real.

Our Portrait Studio package starts at $850, but only through end of 2026. Add-ons are priced into your custom quote.

Fill out the inquiry form and we'll schedule a free design consultation. From there we send a custom quote, sign a contract, and hold your date with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Unlimited 4x6 prints, produced on the spot. Everyone also gets their digital photos via a QR code that links to an online gallery.

Yes. Every package includes a custom print overlay with your event details, logo, monogram, or any design direction you have in mind. We send a proof for your approval before the event.

Yes. We're based in Costa Mesa and serve all of Southern California. Events beyond 25 miles have a travel fee of $1.50 per mile. Just share your venue and we'll include it in your quote.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable once your contract is signed. If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 14 days before the new date and we'll do our best to make it work. Cancellations within 7 days of the event still owe the remaining balance.

At least 6 to 8 weeks for most events. For weddings and large corporate events, 3 to 6 months is ideal. Reach out anyway, we'll always try to make it work.
