Los Angeles County, California
A photographer, studio lighting and prints in your guests' hands before they leave. We come up from Orange County for LA events.
Check Your DateLos Angeles has no shortage of photo booth rentals. Most of them are the same product: a screen on a stand, a ring light, a basket of props, and whatever your guests manage on their own.
We bring a photographer instead. They stay the whole event, pose every guest through three to five setups, and print a proper 4x6 on site. For an LA crowd that is used to being photographed, the difference shows up immediately in how the pictures look.
It suits the events LA throws a lot of: brand activations where the photo carries a logo, industry parties where people actually care how they look, and weddings where the couple wants their guests looked after rather than queuing at a kiosk.

“Truly raising the bar.”
A unique and thoughtful touch that left guests with cherished keepsakes.Howard
Not a kiosk in the corner. A person who poses every guest and checks the photo is good before it prints.
Most people do not know what to do with their hands. That is our job, not your guests'.
Printed on site in about a minute, as many as your guests want.
Colour or black and white, corrected before it goes to the printer.
Your names, date, logo or monogram on the print itself. Proof sent two weeks ahead for approval.
White or curtain, your choice, lit properly rather than with a ring light.
Guests scan a QR code and download their photos. No cost, no sign up.
Our minimum. Extra hours are quoted per event.
Half off, through the end of 2027. Covers four hours, the photographer, unlimited prints, the custom overlay and a digital gallery for every guest.
Events over 150 guests carry an additional fee and extra hours are quoted per event. Everything appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
We are honest about this: we are an Orange County company that drives up for Los Angeles work. Most LA venues sit 35 to 50 miles from our base in Costa Mesa.
Our first 25 miles are free and it is $1.50 per mile one way after that, so a downtown LA venue is usually around $22 of travel and the Westside or Pasadena lands nearer $30. It is a small number and we put it on the quote before you book.
The bigger LA variable is not mileage, it is loading and parking. We need a 28 inch door, an outlet within 20 feet of the setup, and somewhere to unload. In downtown and on the Westside that is worth sorting with your venue early, and we ask that parking is covered or validated for our team. Tell us the venue and we will work it out with them directly.
Date, venue, rough guest count. Two minutes.
Backdrop, print design, overlay, add-ons. This is where it becomes yours.
Custom quote, signed contract, 25% deposit. Balance due 14 days before.
We arrive ahead of time and handle everything from there.
Not an exhaustive list. If your venue is not on it, ask anyway.
“Truly raising the bar. A unique and thoughtful touch that left guests with cherished keepsakes.”
“They do PHENOMENAL work. All of our guests were so happy. I would 100% book them again.”
“Captured the energy perfectly. From setup to the last print, everything felt premium.”
Yes, regularly. We are based in Costa Mesa and LA is a normal part of our calendar. We are upfront that we are driving in rather than being local, which is why we arrive well ahead of the start time.
The first 25 miles from Costa Mesa are free, then $1.50 per mile one way. In practice downtown LA is about $22 and the Westside or Pasadena is nearer $30. It is on your quote before you sign anything.
$850 for the Portrait Studio package, half off our regular $1,700 rate, available through the end of 2027. That covers 4 hours, the photographer, unlimited prints, the custom overlay and the digital gallery. Travel is the only usual addition for LA.
Yes, and it is included. Every package comes with a custom overlay, so your logo or wordmark sits on the print itself rather than in a cardboard frame. We send a proof two weeks before for written approval.
A 15 by 15 foot space, 10 feet of ceiling clearance, a 28 inch door or hallway to get the gear in, and a dedicated 15 to 20 amp grounded outlet within 20 feet. Parking covered or validated for our team. Downtown and Westside venues are worth checking early on loading access.
